Reviews of Aberfoyle Park, SA

"Great place for everyone , price of homes always moving up !"

I have lived in Aberfoyle Park since 1984 always owned a house from day one . Went from owning a house in Serenade crescent to owning a house Spring Park circuit so that must say something. Watched it grow from a quiet suburb too a busy suburb and the prices grow and grow and I don’t plan to sell for a long , long time . Great local Coles and Woolworths employees, top quality barber and butcher.

Looking for a home in Aberfoyle Park?

"Happiest place to be."

Lived in Aberfoyle Park for 2 years and plan on staying forever. Great place to raise kids. There is such a sense of home pride and care for your property. Neighbours are friendly but not intrusive. You can go on a leafy walk and almost always spot a koala. The perfect distance from the city and beaches down south or north. The perfect middle ground. From many streets and Thalassa park you get a beautiful view of the happy valley reservoir and the ocean.

With The Hub Shopping Centre being only moments away, a 20 minute trip to Westfield Marion, 37 minutes to the city centre, 23 minutes to Belair National Park and 20 minutes to Brighton Beach, Aberfoyle Park really is an ideal suburb for anyone thinking of buying.

Rentals in Aberfoyle Park

"A lovely suburb"

I lived in Aberfoyle Park for over 6 years. I enjoy the nice leafy streets, the family friendly environment, the excellent local services and the fact it takes me just 10 minute to drive to Marion makes it a superb place to live. House prices are still good and the blocks of land are generally large in size. Plenty of parks as well:)

"ONE OF MY FAVOURITES"

I am a local Real estate agent in the southern suburbs. I have lived in Aberfoyle Park and several family members of mine have purchased property and also live in this suburb.I have found this suburb attractive for families as the schools in the area have a very good reputation. There are several parks and playgrounds for families to enjoy and also a skate park for the teenagers. There is a large shopping complex and community sports center both conveniently located. I have had the privilege to sell several homes in the area and have found most homes have been well looked after and house proud. Neighbors have taken pride in their gardens making the streets enjoyable to drive through. I would recommend Aberfoyle Park as one of the best suburbs in the southern area for families, couples or Retirees. It is a suburb that caters for everyone no matter what age. Aberfoyle Park would have to be one of my favourite areas that I have lived.
