"Sound professional advice"

I just wanted to write and say a big thank you; once again for the advice you have given Raine and myself over the years. Returning from the U. K. was never going to be easy and quite the minefield with bullish service from real-estate agents and no client management skills and many without the knowledge of the area you have no doubt have. Not only did you handle our inquiry well you also managed to negotiate us to and beyond our budget at the time in the most pleasant way. Since then sound professional advice has been offered with a fantastic service in regarding purchasing .The property you gave us direction to suited our budget, but quite frankly handled by an agent who didn’t care or work in the vendors favour. The growth we have experienced due to your advice has been second to none and allowed us to make other capital and real estate purchases. Thank you once again for your assistance and help with our real estate needs in the Australian market.

"Can't speak highly enough"

I can't speak highly enough of Alister. I knew from the moment he hand delivered the marketing package to my office that I had a sales man that was really going to work in my best interests. As a Solicitor practicing for over 13 years I have dealt with many real estate agents in Sydney in all market conditions. "One of the best"

Having begun our house search more than 18 months ago we happen to have met Alister at the door of a property in Stanmore quite by accident. I might add we were quite jaded at this point with the whole process of searching, being outbid by high auction prices and serious under quoting by other agents. So it was a lovely surprise to find an agent who was amiable, genuine and knew a great deal about the market and our particular property because of his wealth of experience. He was never pushy or arrogant. Having met most of the agents in the local area from open houses, auctions and dealings with friends and family who have bought and sold, Alister is one of the best in our view. He was realistic about potential buyers, pricing and the expectations of the marketing campaign as well as the pros and cons of our property which potential buyers might raise. As we all know there are no guarantees in the property game, but we felt reassured by Alister’s knowledge, wealth of experience and human touch throughout the whole process which gave us the utmost confidence in him. What we particularly liked was the fact that he was flexible with the decision making along the way, understood what needed to be done for the viewings and consulted us after each open house as to potential buyers and feedback. This open mindedness, steadfastness and ability to communicate really aided us in our decision making. We certainly would recommend him to any buyer or seller as an honest, decent and experienced agent with the added bonus of having a great sense of humour even under trying conditions!
