Right from the start we felt comfortable dealing with Anthony and as first time sellers we relied on him heavily to help us through the process. He was always friendly and professional, in fact when we phoned him with an issue at the start of our campaign he arrived at our apartment within 30 minutes (unasked) to personally help us resolve it. We sold our property within 2 weeks of listing and are extremely happy with the outcome. We couldn't be happier with our choice of agent, thanks Anthony!

We just bought a property through Anthony although our relationship with him extends back a few years, both as a buyer and potential seller in Cammeray. The thing that struck us from the beginning was how much time Anthony was willing to invest in really trying to understand exactly what we were after as a buyer and when we asked, in explaining how best to get a top price, as a seller. At one point we were looking very seriously at a property that we weren't buying through him while at the same time deciding not to sell our current property and despite there being no obvious gain for him, he invested a lot of his time in guiding us on how to successfully bid for the property. We were very pleasantly surprised but we really appreciated it. He clearly has a long term view and his strength lies in the relationships he builds with his clients, rather than solely focusing and investing in short-term or one off opportunities. He is also very honest and behaves with integrity. From the very beginning Anthony knew that the house we eventually purchased was the one for us and he made sure there were no surprises for us leading up to the auction. We really felt he looked out for us whilst at the same time getting a fantastic result for the vendor. As a vendor it would be reassuring to know that Anthony really understands his buyers needs and often has the buyer for your property already. All in all we feel Anthony is a great agent and we would highly recommend him.

The process of selling our property at Cabramatta Rd, Mosman went off without a hitch. This was due to the professionalism and local knowledge of Anthony Cowie & Colin Craig from LJ Hooker Mosman. Anthony was recommended to us by a family friend however we were still open to other agents until the initial meeting. After this, there was no question that LJ Hooker Mosman were going to market and manage the sale with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Although I was located interstate on all but a couple of days of the campaign, it felt as though the team were just around the corner. When it came to sorting out a troublesome alarm, garden maintenance and the removal of unwanted household items, Anthony was on the spot to attend to them. Anthony was very dedicated to this campaign and whilst he clearly was connected to the potential purchasers, ultimately I felt comfortable that he was looking after the sellers best interests. He put a lot of work into the sales process, leaving no stone unturned and attending to every little detail. It was a dream result with a record breaking number of contracts released and a strong turn out on auction day of genuinely interested buyers which ensured the property sold for a good market price. Anthony sets a good example for other agents to follow!

I first met Anthony at an open inspection for a property in Cammeray. I found him to be pleasant and truthful about the property we were inspecting i.e.: what the price would be and what the interest was etc. We also shared a sense of humour which always helps! I immediately had a sense of trust a very rare thing these days! I was thinking about selling my apartment and because of its position several agents had pushed for my business and promised me this and that to go with them. Anthony never pushed for my business or hassled me about buying anything he was up front and pleasant at all times. anything he told me in relation to the sale and cost was accurate. I sold my flat at the price I wanted, and he was fair and honest to both parties who were interested. I also was overseas whilst it all happened! I would highly recommend him. I have sold over 6 properties and this sale was the smoothest and least stressful to me because of Anthony!

You get out of life what you put in do you?" was something Anthony once mentioned to me after a follow up call at 9pm one weeknight evening. I had commented on the tough hours he worked.
