Ben has been a superstar throughout my home buying process, he could not have been more accommodating and understanding. As a first home buyer I obviously had many questions and worries, he was professional (moving quick, organising additional inspections, providing clear cut and honest answers), responsive (less than 5min response time on some emails) and considerate to my qualms and ensured that I understood my options and received the answers I needed to give me confidence to proceed with the purchase.

"Straightforward, friendly and no nonsense."
Simply put, in one of the most competitive markets location-wise and given the craziness that the RBA has put on the backs of investors and first time home buyers. Ben has managed to find the ideal person to take ownership of our property out of a sea of potentially delusional people that grossly undervalue the worth of a home as an asset. He has gone above and beyond, acted as a filter for us and engaged strictly where necessary, with great respect and attention to detail. Ben is very real, tells it for what it is and gets things done immediately. Overall an easy 5 stars for market knowledge, professionalism and communication. Hopefully you, reading this, will be able to make the move and engage Ben for your own dealings and see what I'm talking about first hand. Would easily recommend and request his assistance with any other dealings of this nature moving forward. Especially if we look to buy or sell again in Sydney.

We recently had Ben Boutros of Ray White real estate North Ryde, sell a house for us. We found Ben very easy and pleasant to deal with. "Professional competent and friendly."
I offered my sale to Ben as their Agency had been managing my property very satisfactorily for some years. Ben came to our house, totally prepared with different types of options for sale. There was no pressure to make expensive renovations before sale, just very solid suggestions that would increase interest in the property and increase sale price. After the initial interview I accepted all their suggestions and placed the property in Ben's hands. He arranged for all the suggestions to be carried out and the property sold within 2 weeks at a price greater than my expectations. We will be using Ben and his agency again and have already recommended him to one of our friends who have an impending sale coming up.
