"Great Work Colin!"

My wife and l would like to thank Colin Rounds from Victorian Real Estate in selling our commercial property. We contacted Colin to discuss our property after an unsuccessful campaign with a previous agency, we then proceeded to engage his agency which turned out to be a blessing. His enthusiasm and experience won Dawn and myself over and advised us what was needed to help sell our property, as a consequence of us appointing Victorian Real Estate our property was sold within 4 weeks of being advertised. The price we achieved was extremely acceptable and the settlement terms suited us immensely, Colins negotiation and communication skills were fantastic and contributed in a prompt sale. We would not hesitate in appointing Colin again in the future, and highly recommend Victorian Real Estate to anyone who is thinking of selling their property. Great work Colin!

"Awesome"

We appointed Victorian Real Estate to sell our property after being referred to their agency, after meeting with 2 other agencies, we decided to appoint Victorian Real Estate for various reasons and knowing that the Principal/Director Colin Rounds formerly worked for one of Victorias largest franchise group before establishing in own agency in 2010. His experience, knowledge of the real estate market and personalized service along with Greg Dixon was outstanding. Their understanding of our requirements and flexibility with open inspections helped us immensely, Greg and Colin recommended we Auction our property and to consider the idea of selling prior to Auction should an offer be made that we were happy to accept. As a consequence, Greg and Colin work throughout the campaign was amazing and were able to negotiate and receive offers from number of buyers prior to Auction before finally accepting the highest offer being offered, the settlement terms also met our requirements. The price we received for our property was well above our initial expectations and the service was awesome, we would highly recommend Greg and Colin from Victorian Real Estate to anyone who is wanting to sell their property and who are looking for an agency that delivers on what they say plus more. We will be sure to appoint Greg and Colin again to sell our property should we decide to sell in the years to come. "No regrets"

We first became involved with Victorian Real Estate when Colin was appointed the Property Manager of our family property in Camberwell approximately four years ago in 2013. During this time, through his Management team, property was kept in as good condition as could be expected with the lawns and gardens maintained and maintenance, repairs and replacements carried out as efficiently as could be expected. During this time, we had three tenants, all of whom looked after our property as if it was their own. After four years the decision was made to sell the house. We approached four Real Estate companies for quotes and appointed Colin and his agency as the selling agent. A major factor in us making this decision was due to way Colin and his team managed our property, Colins enthusiasm, experience, and the organizing in having our property prepared for Auction was outstanding. We had no regrets in appointing Colin as our Sales Agent as he was courteous and polite at all times, kept us fully informed of all enquiries and lastly conducted the Auction in a totally professional manner. We, as a family are more than happy with the result Colin and his staff achieved at the Auction.

Colin Rounds from Victorian Real Estate successfully sold our property at 1/648 High Street, Prahran at Auction for $1,240,000.00 ($190,000.00 over the reserve price). "Forever greatful"

After finally making the decision to sell my apartment l did not have a clue what to do until l met Colin Rounds, the Principal/Director of Victorian Real Estate. We met accidentally at an inspection of an apartment where he was conducting one as well, I engaged his services and have never looked back since. He was so professional and positive and l liked him immediately. He attended my apartment for an appraisal and provided me with advice on how to prepare in getting ready to sell and how he would achieve a great result, l was able to sell my apartment due to Colins experience, negotiating skills, people skills and excellent work ethic. Colin made me feel so comfortable and kept me informed throughout the sale and provided me with valuable advice in buying a new property which l assisted me with and was even present at the inspection and for the signing of the contracts at no charge which was extremely generous and thoughtful. Having not sold for many years it was a very stressful time for me but Colin always reassured me it well sell and he was right, Colin has many skills but l also like the fact that he was always available and always returned my calls promptly. I am forever grateful to him for his guidance in helping me sell my property, as well as his help in buying my new property within 14 days of selling mine, l hope that other people get to meet and appoint him as there agent and to experience what I experienced. Colin is an excellent agent and a good guy and l will undoubtedly be recommending Colin and his agency to my family and friends or whoever is wanting to sell their property.

"Truly customer focused"

Having recently moved to the coast and needing to lease out my beloved home in Glen Iris I turned to the internet to locate a reputable property manager in the area. I was looking for a property manager that offered above average service, didnt manage too many properties and had reasonable fees. I came across Victorian Real Estate and they seemed to have quite good reviews online. My initial dealing was with the Director and Principal Colin Rounds. As you would expect from the Director of a business, Colin was extremely personable, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Colin made me feel instantly at ease and won me over with his proactive and professional approach, and friendly nature. Colin was extremely proactive with communication and advice throughout the process of leasing my house; providing feedback on home opens and potential tenants. Within two weeks of appointing Rounds they had leased out my property at well above the market average in the area. Colin and the team at Victorian Real Estate exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent their home. It is so rare to find businesses that are truly customer focused, but Victorian Real Estate is this and so much more. Thanks again to Colin and the team for all their help!

"Very Happy Vendors"

After previously selling two other properties in the Glen Waverley area through local Agencies and not achieving the prices or services we expected or promised, we were in the process of looking for an alternative Agent when a close friend referred us to Victorian Real Estate. We were told that Colin Rounds, the principal, has a reputation for offering good service and attaining great pricing for vendors. After interviewing Colin, who asked us many questions to find out exactly what we wanted to achieve out of the sale, we engaged him to sell our property. He suggested an Auction but had a goal to sell before Auction date to achieve the best price, we both thought this was different approach to the usual Agencies. As he was also independent we felt he could access buyers over a wider area whereas other Agencies are more restricted. He did have previous local experience having worked within the area with another large Agency. We were very impressed with the amount of people that attended each Open House which he and his other agents held. After achieving six great offers prior to Auction, we accepted an offer which was well in excess of our expectation by $150,000 from a buyer who will live in the house. My wife and I would have no hesitation in using Victorian Real Estate in the future and have referred friends to him as well who are considering selling. We are very happy vendors, so much so that after considering retirement l recently joined Colin at Victorian Real Estate as a Sales Consultant.

"Excellent"

My family and l would like to thank Victorian Real Estate in particular Colin Rounds and Ian Finney very much for their excellent effort in selling our aunts home. Their genuine and pleasant nature throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated, they were very personable and we liked and felt happy with appointing Colin and Ian from the start. They were very professional and kept us informed with how each open inspection went, our aunt was very ill and in care, Colin and Ian made the process so much easier and less stressful. They arranged for the last part of the house to be cleared when we were up against it for time, they also arranged locksmiths to replace keys and cleaners for a thorough clean prior who also did a great job. All of Colins contacts did a wonderful job at a very reasonable cost, and relieved us of a lot of stress at a very difficult time. We are very happy to recommend Victorian Real Estate to anyone who is considering selling their home, l can assure you that you wont be disappointed.
