Cynthia acted as Sales Consultant for the sale of our unit in November and December 2014. We cannot imagine anyone who could give more satisfaction. Every aspect of what is required for a successful sale was pursued in detail. All procedures were explained , all questions were answered, all dates and times for viewing and other requirements were closely followed. Any information requested was given freely much of which was beyond her normal responsibility. Cynthia obviously takes pride in a friendly relationship with her clients which develops trust and helps to reduce the stress connected to moving house. Without hesitation we can recommend her service.

She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Cynthia is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case, I was overseas when the property was sold. As such, there were many difficult situations on the road which Cynthia handled very efficiently.
