"Broker unfair with dealings"
Saw a property wherein the dealings were not made fairly..Just tried to inflate price by taking advantage of the demand and trying to sell the property by giving wrong information to the competitive buyers. Told that the owner will sell the property to us for 650k if the competitive buyer doesn't pay 660k(the listed price of the house) competitive buyer offered around 652k he again came back to us to ask for a higher price. This was against what was told us. Just made us wait forever for nothing. Very much upset with the way things were dealt. The broker should have made clear that the owner will only sell it to those who pay the higher price or the market price.
