IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Stay clear away from this despicable farce of a property manager from Laing & Simmons at Kingsford, Sydney. This agent is a fraud!! Not once in the 4 years he managed my elderly mother's 2 rental properties, did he ever do ANY routine inspections. The 2 properties were recently found in a shocking state and 1 of them costing in excess of $20,000 to repair as it was deemed to be unfit to live in. This agent repeatedly lied to my mother for years and committed severe elder abuse. When I was forced to find a new property manager to take over, Dean Efrossynis made it hell and to this day, he has refused to return to me the expensive strata keys to the properties as well as all property management documentation which is desperately required in order to get my mother's tax returns done. This agent is a fraud and the most despicable agent my mother had the misfortune to deal with. In the last 2 months I have also heard back from multiple people who have told me similar stories about Dean Efrossynis.
