George made us feel comfortable from our first meeting. He has good people skills and we felt like he understood our position and had great knowledge of the market. Georges interaction feel genuine and he understands the need for open and regular contact. We heard from him on an almost daily basis throughout the campaign and he would always touch base minutes after open home inspections. We were particularly impressed with his negotiation skills and ability to keep us informed and provide solid advice through varying situations throughout the auction campaign. I would recommend George to anyone looking to sell their home not matter what area you live in. We had reservations initially because we do not live in the same local area as his office. However, these reservations were put to ease through one discussion and our auction result which was above our expectation was the final piece of evidence to indicate we made a great choice of agent.
