"Very Professional and Courteous Property Manager"
As Landlords and Tenants, we are aware of how many dishonest and shonky operators there are in the Real Estate Industry. This knowledge helped to inform our opinion of Jaime Lee from David Thorne and Associates. Jaime Lee is highly professional, very conscientious and always motivated to represent her Landlords and Tenants fairly. Her communication was prompt and she does not duck away from uncomfortable problems. For instance we needed some urgent maintenance attended to and she remained involved and ensured everything was completed to everyones satisfaction even though this involved an Insurance claim. She truly wants to see all sides well represented. We always recommend Jaime Lee if someone asks who we use in property management. Regards Mr & Mrs Veerman.

"Very Professional"
Jaimee was so helpful from the very beginning, we needed to move into a premises quickly, Jaimee helped organise the move, cleaning and was super helpful through our tenancy. We have now purchased our own investment property and Jaimee is now put property manager.

My experience with Jaimee Lee was very negative. She was unprofessional, incompetent, and disingenuous. I would advise everyone against doing any business with Jaimee Lee or David Thorn & Associates.
