Jim is an fantastic agent who always acts with the utmost integrity. He sold my mum's house years ago and now he has done a great job of marketing & selling my property. "Excellent credibility"

I was very pleased with Jim's help all through the process, I was going through a particularly difficult time, Jim was able to settle my nerves by keeping me fully informed at each step. His knowledge and market appreciation was realistic and pretty much spot on, Jim showed he understood my situation, by offering credible alternative paths, of which one, I acted upon resulting in a successful solution to my problem. His empathy and ability in communicating with people at any level gave him excellent credibility during buyer/seller negotiations.
