Karen sold my investment property just prior to auction for a fair price for which I was happy with and reflective of the market. "A sales professional who we highly recommend"
Karen has been entrusted to sell several properties for us over the last few years. These were either personal properties or on behalf of our construction company. Properties sold included homes within an Over 55s development we constructed and as well as existing private homes and units. Karen is attuned to the needs of both the vendor and the purchaser. She views each home through the eyes of potential purchasers highlighting the features of the home and then readily makes suggestions to the vendor on how to make the home more attractive for sale. Who would have thought that the attractive young woman sitting attentively in my Real Estate class at TAFE some years ago, would rise to become the most professional and successful salesperson in all of Dubbo? As a former agent, I needed to find someone to market our property at 15 Springfield Way. that task would not be an easy one with my knowledge of the "crazy" industry, but after a short chat I knew that Karen Chant was the one. Boy! Wasn't that a good choice! It took all of SIX HOURS for Karen to achieve the top price for our house, and that was on a Sunday morning!!!
