"Extremely dedicated"

My parents home had been on the market for a very long time. Over a period of approximately 4 years, 3 auction campaigns, an expressions of interest campaign and at least half a dozen private treaty campaigns, no agent was able to effect a sale. Only after approximately 2 months Martin Maskin was able to achieve a result no other agent had been able to achieve throughout that 4 year period - a sale! He achieved a sale price significantly higher than any other offer made prior. He continually updated my parents, acted in a very professional manner and was extremely dedicated to the end!
