I have to deal with Matt Dewan for a purchase of property in Cranbourne. It's not because of frustration of being missed out the purchase.i have bought and sold so many properties in the past . I have used this company for selling previously in Cranbourne and Frankston. I have had a good regards of all other agents working for this company. This is personally my own experience,I believe someone in future can benefit when you deal with Matt Dewan. Open inspection was on 06/12/23. On the same day we met this person on his office and gave written offer,informing him that we have one property in our list to give offer, (we don't want to miss out ) Matt Dawen promised and told us he will check with owner and get back to me on 07/12/23 evening. We were waited till next day for his reply,but never contacted. Then I contacted him and then he promised will meet owner on 08/12/23 ,at 1030 am and give an answer. We did wait till next morning till 1030am, he was giving all the excuses and even denied all his promises. What he did,he took out offer and bargain to other buyers to get higher offer and organised more open inspections on 08/12/23. We trusted his words and missed out our other purchase too. His assistant contacted on 08/12/23 night 0830pm that other higher offer comes through. We were felt cheated by giving all these false promises by this dodgy agent. He should not give false promises and mislead the buyers. I never had this bad experience with an real estate agent before. If you dealing this person in future,just be careful with his promises,never trust his words please. I hope someone could help this review in future,I hope no one should have this experience again.I don't have any personal issues with agent,but needs to have transparency and honesty in dealings in future.
