"Well done.."
Genuinely did a great job A++ for communication. This ended up being a quick sale at the right price. Logically tested the waters at above market price expectations first, but ultimately got what I wanted. Great help with peripherals as I had already moved interstate.. Well done & a credit to MaGrath.. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.. Scott

Matt has been an amazing bloke to deal with. Right from the get go, he set our expectations based on the market conditions and delivered a great result for us. Some highlights of Matt : - Highly professional dealings - Very friendly and approachable - No beating around the bush.. He gave us all the straight feedback during the property inspections. - Organised a conveyancer which made things smoother for us. - And delivered a great result..
