Meeting Michael and having a chat with him on the property was an eyeopener, and every conversation after that I learned more about the sale process and how to make it a painless and successful process. Right up to the Auction itself, he and the team at McGrath Lane Cove, were there to explain what was happening. If I had to single out one point it was the "no rubbish" attitude. He never sugar coated things but equally was entirely honest in all his assessments and advice. He gave his honest opinion on what the sale price could achieve as well as the things necessary to do to best achieve that. On the day, their team led by Michael were there both holding my hand through the process as well as holding the hands of both experienced and first time bidders that ultimately led to a very successful sale.
