I highly recommend Nick & Alex. They have an understanding of the local market, respond quickly, and gave us realistic advice on what needed to be done to prepare our investment property for sale. They were professional at all times, engaged in positive discussions about price, speaking honestly about our needs and the needs of our buyer. They were our eyes and ear due to us living in another state, They definitely worked their butts off and beyond to sell our property in this challenging housing market
