If you want to get the best price in the shortest time from a real estate agent who looks after your interests, deals equally well with your buyers and keeps you informed all the way - you need to use Troy and his team. He has now sold 10 properties for me over the last few years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We knew long before we put the house on the market that we were going to sell it with Troy. The process was faultless, he put us in touch with some designers that styled the house for us, he turned up for the first open home less than a week after a hip replacement and didnt stop until we sold the place for full asking price, something we were not expecting to happen. I would recommend anyone selling with Troy, he works hard and is always contactable and doesnt push you to do something you dont want to do. If I were to sell again, I would not hesitate in selling with Troy.
