We recently dealt with Jenny as a real estate agent for a property in Bull Creek.
On possession of the property, we found the below issues:
- Unclean property/rubbish left behind by the owner
- Unclean pool 
- Alarm code not provided
- Items breaking or not functionaling correctly during the first month

Despite following up with Jenny frequently, nothing got resolved and we had to get items fixed on our own.

It was a bitter experience and do not recommend her services.
