Despite the fact that it is one of Albany Creek's busiest roads, Albany Creek Road still plays a part of the friendly relaxed lifestyle of Albany Creek. It acts as a mini CBD for the Albany Creek, Bunya and Eatons Hill area, and includes an abundance of shops, family restaurants, sporting complexes and medical centres. There is also a Centro shopping complex on Albany Creek Road, which provides a slow-paced atmosphere as well as one of the largest Coles supermarkets in Brisbane and over 30 specialty retailers. Another smaller supermarket, Aldi, is also under construction about 100m from the Centro complex. As well as all this, Albany Creek Road is also located just a short walk from primary schools, a high school and parklands.
