"One of Annandale's more affordable streets"
Running parallel to Parramatta Road, some of the houses on the northern side of the street back on to Whites Creek. As a result, the are potentially damp and could potentially be at risk of flooding. Nonetheless there are some attractive semis and terraces and this street may provide affordable options for those trying to break into the Annandale market.
