Reviews of Alderman Avenue, Seacombe Gardens

"Handy to everything"

Alderman Avenue is a relatively small street, it is straight which means that you get the occasional hoon driving down it, but generally it's quite even though it is close to a main road.

It is really handy to all the facilities you could ever require, just one street away from Marion Shopping Centre, which apart from having loads of shops, has a bowling alley, gym, cinema complex, nightclubs and great restaurants. In 2009 development will be happening to make it the second biggest shopping complex in Australia. It also means that unless you are doing a major shop you never have to worry about finding a park there!

There are 2 primary schools and 1 high in close proximity, with a fantastic bus service at the centre.

The beach is just a five minute drive away, and for countryside you just have to walk up Brayside Ave (very near by) for the O'Halloran Hill conservation park.

There is lots of development happening in this street, the old timber frame houses are being knocked down and two units built on the block, the investment opportunities are fantastic.
