What are the council rates in Altona North?

Council rates are very High / Excessive :Unfortunately you are part of the City of Hobsons bay; All the money is pumped into nearby by Williamstown (They spent $6Million building a new Grand stand for the VFA Footy club, and its hardly used by anyone) Williamstown gets all the benefits / capital works, where the latte sipping elite(So called working class) sit down and discuss world issues, global poverty, fashion labels and how expensive it is to service their BMWs and Audis & complain about the high rise developments that are proposed by developers while they are happy to work as professionals in the CBD (The NIMBY factor)Note my brother lives in the city of Glen Ira (His property is worth 2.5 times of mine as per his rates notice, yet his rates are lower than mine & And he gets great services in his area!)
