"Ideal location in lovely Bayswater Street"
Alwyn Street is perfectly located close to shops and supermarkets, Bayswater Secondary College, Bayswater Primary School, Marie Wallace Bayswater Park, H.E. Parker Reserve, Knox City Shopping Centre, Dandenong Creek walking and bikes paths, public transport, and Eastlink.
I'm a Property Manager in Bayswater and find many of my tenants want to live around Alwyn Street due to its easy proximity to everything, but also love how neighbourly and friendly it is as well.
Rental yields are decent and it tends to attract young professionals and families.

"Perfect location"
I have let and managed a few rental properties in this street and love that it is so local to the shops + train station.
There is plenty of parking and has lots of parks/walks within walking distance, but best of all is you can walk to the train station and don't have to struggle to find a park.
For investors a good rental yield is achievable. Tenants love this area because of location and vacancy rates are generally quite low.
