"Friendly, quiet, great for families."
Great area, Amersham Dr is the best street in the area, easy walk to the oval and park, and walking distance to both primary and secondary college and medical centre. There are some lovely houses here and people are starting to spend money on renovations now that their kids are growing up. Generally hard to buy on this street, houses here (and in this area in general) don't come up for sale often. Really lovely area. Nice friendly people and a nice place to live

"Prestigious area"
One of the most prestigious streets in Wantirna. Well established high quality homes, becoming more impressive between Marlo St and Mourik Court. Picturesque courts leading off Amersham (Newell, Skipton, Blue Hills and Mourik) are very sought after as well. Amersham is quiet, leafy and friendly with nice neighbours and gardens. There is access to Templeton Reserve (oval, tennis court, playground and kinder) and William Morris Reserve (natural bushland with walking trails). A very well-regarded area close to all services.
