"At your finger tips"
Everything here is available to you within a short drive, but the best thing is that the College is right at your door step. Kids can walk out the door and be at school and in the afternoon they can be home in 5 minutes, so no after school care or worrying about pick ups.
Even with the new road through to Mansfield there is minimal traffic noise, but that is offset by the wonderful neighbours and quiet area.
