I've noticed some real estate agents are putting houses under offer in their own name. It seems like a sales caryard pressure trick to make use think soon as the ofer falls though we should snap up the grate deal. Only to find out the sales agent is the one geting the grate deal deal!!!! NOT the owner. is this leagal??? Or just bad business

We've seen good growth over the past 18months, and with low levels of properties for sale and rents increasing we should see continued growth
