"Beautiful"

Tree lined streets, pretty houses, Art Deco apartments. Only 11 mins by train into City.
Very safe and many affluent multi million dollar homes. The surrounding suburbs of Malvern and Toorak are just as beautiful (and expensive) it’s a stunning suburb.

"A refreshing mix of old and new"

Armadale is an attractive and alluring inner-city suburb. It has a luxurious feel to it and is favoured by fashionistas across the city as well as tourists.
It offers a world-class shopping strip, with charming cafes. High street offers stunning boutiques and bridal stores with renowned designers not to mention the buzzing cafes. Walking through Kings Arcade you will find loads of unique shops ranging from textile and furniture, art, clothing, and more stylish cafes. A warm suburb with prestigious public and private schools, convenience of two train lines (that is Armadale and Toorak Train Stations) as well as tram lines at your doorstep, only 7 kms from Melbourne CBD, it is not surprising why Armadale is a favoured suburb by Melbournians.

For a standard 2-bedroom house, you can expect to pay approx $625.00 per week in rent.

"Quiet with streets full with big leafy trees. Two train stations Armadale and Toorak less than one km apart. Three tram lines very handy when the train line often closes due to new Metro stations works. Plenty of trendy shops and restaurants. Very happy to live in this suburb."

"Everything at your doorstep."

Gorgeous tree lined streets in this inner suburb only 7kms to the CBD. A perfect suburb for walking, I am lucky enough to be in a perfect pocket I can walk to Malvern central, Glenferrie Road & High street, both Malvern station & Armadale station. The trams to St Kilda & the city are easily accessible. Not far from Chadstone shopping centre. My favourite shopping strips with trendy cafes and restaurants are bustling and great for people watching. Can be sort of snobby, but my local cafe owner knows my husband & I by name and without fail knows our coffee & food orders.
I feel Armadale is a very safe suburb had has quite a sense of community. Surrounded by some of Victorias best schools, Armadale has something for every age.

"Great location close to the city"

I visited Armadale a few times while visiting family in Melbourne. It is a beautiful leaft area that would be a great place to live.

The main roads running through Aramdale carry a lot of traffic and can be quite noisy particularly during the day.

There is easy access to the city and it is not far from St Kilda or the Botanic Gardens if you want to get out and about. While I only saw a limited amount of the area I would recommend it for singles and couples, especially professionals.
