Attadale - which streets to avoid and which to look for buying a house?
Just moved to the area, initially renting short term while looking for a property to purchase. Family of 2 kids going to local public P.S.

If budget permits, buy NE facing on the hill that has Santa Maria (e.g., parts of Stock Rd, Roberts Rd area); costs a bit more than flat parts but hills in Perth and river views are rare. Hislop Rd/Canning Hwy cnr has many bad car and pedestrian accidents. Text me on 0412 222 551 to call if you want a full discussion.
