"Lots of Mosquitos and Trees - Close to Maroochydore and beaches"
The street is a bit dangerous due to the incline and the bend about half way down. The surface needs redoing as there are now potholes and ripples which make it more unsafe in the wet for cars/trucks to navigate. There is NO TOWN WATER OR SEWAGE available (but probably just as well as this current government's water charges are going up massively). A street that is a bit dated (subdivided in the early 80's.
