Suburb/School Advice from Locals

Hi we are looking at relocating to WA , enrolling 3 children in Living Waters Lutheran College (to enable all 3 to attend the same school) and short term renting in either Baldivis/Port Kennedy/Secret Harbour prior to building/purchasing property. . Any advice on school or suburbs mentioned would be greatly appreciated.
