What is the type of internet connection available in Banksia Grove?

Fuze implemented a new billing system three months ago. My last three bills have included charges billed and paid in previous months. It takes over a month to resolve each time. Numerous phone calls and emails have to be initiated because their customer service is so poor. I've never seen anything like it. Either the company is run by 12 year olds or monkeys. I'd call them a joke but it's not funny. Sheer hell dealing with them and their non responsiveness. Run far away from engaging in any business with this company.
Parts of Banksia Grove do struggle a little with available Interenet Service Providers but basically through the older areas, you have most of the standard options (i.e. Telstra, Optus etc) but all of the new homes being built are being built over a fiber optic network offering high speed internet to the homes. The only thing with this is that you are restricted to using FuzeConnect as a service provider (now called Fuzenet -www.fuzenet.com.au). However, from what I have heard people are generally very happy with their internet service.

Hi Peter, yeah I wrote that back in 2014 and at the time had heard generally good things. I have heard more mixed reviews since then and although there are plenty of people still happy, there a definitely more cases like yours. There are at least alternative options now but I'm not sure what their service is like.
hi well I was with fuzenet and had nothing but problems with them so I moved to exetel and have nothing but problems with them now too, the few months was good fast reliable and now I have NOT had a reliable service for over three months. I am really thinking of selling my house just to get a good service. OVER IT
What a bloody joke of a provider to be stuck with. Nothing but problems since building in Banksia Grove 5 years ago, have not had ANY free to air commercial tv stations since Friday night & still nothing today. 27th Dec. Internet keeps dropping out, when I finally got through on phone today, NO COMPENSATION whatsoever will be offered.
I have been here since 2010... though have had some problems throughout am happy with them . Ic2 I dont get my free to air through them I installed an antenna and get all free to air no problem just dont understand why its so expensive when others like TPM and the like can give unlimited for $69.00 a month would love to know if other providers can get here.....
you are joking I live in Carramar that's by Banksia Grove and unfortunately stuck with Fuzenet have had nothing but trouble internet keeps dropping out every day and cant connect them over the weekends
