Which is the best street in Banksia Grove?

Hi Elly, if ranking the best street by highest price homes sold, then Solandri Bend would have to win this category at the moment. It is in the new builders display village and some of the homes have sold for record high prices. As far as great streets to live, i.e. modern homes and good local facilities etc, most of Delamare Park would be great streets (Delamare Park is the southern tip of suburb, between Pinjar Road and Tumbleweed Drive. Also, in the new area (to the North side of Joondalup Drive) there are many great streets but Botanic Avenue (the old builders display village) is probably pick of the lot. Beautiful homes and a great location opposite Banksia Grove's best park.
