Caribbean Rollerama is a great place for the young ones and young at heart to skate and good to take the family on school holidays. Located just off the freeway at 1298 Ferntree Gully Rd, Scoresby

I used to go to Caribbean Rollerama in Scoresby when I was a kid. It's a great activity for school holidays starting at $7 a head. They also do classes for any beginners. http://caribbeanrollerama.com.au/
For people North of the city I'd recommend Skaterz in Eltham http://skaterz.com.au/.
For those in the West head to Sunshine Roller Skating centre http://www.rollerskating.com.au/.
