What is the crime rate for example break ins etc in Beenleigh?

Hi, I'm not sure about break ins, but we have lived in Beenleigh for 7 years now and have yet to hear about a neighbours break in or our place. I have heard about cars getting broken into. I think this must happen more if your car is parked outside on the nature strip. Our cars are in a carport, behind a locked gate, so maybe not as easy as others. I have even sometimes left my car accidentally unlocked and still nothing taken. If it really worries u, get a newer alarmed car or ask at the local police station. Or just keep nothing interesting inur car. I sure don't. Maybe a bit of hyper vigilance is key.
Hi, I'm not sure about break-ins as I'm not from this state, but one of my best friends used to live in Beenleigh and her car got broken into... She wasn't thrilled! The good news though was that the thieves were so stupid that they stole things that weren't really of any value, and didn't bother to look around the car for things that might have actually been valuable... lol. Either way I would probably practice extra security measures if I lived here. On a good note (I don't wanna totally bag a place I don't live at), the location is great! Kind of near everything and can easily drive to Brisbane and Gold Coast.
