Bellairs Avenue, Yarraville, VIC 3013

Bellairs Avenue is a terrific street to live in, you have the railway line across the road so you don't have all those extra neighbours, both sides of the road to park your car if you wish. You never hear the trains (and we sleep in the front bedroom). The railway station at Seddon and Yarraville are within 5 minutes of walking each direction. You never have to drive to the village, so you can walk to the movies or one of Yarraville's fab cafes or restaurants. Bellairs Avenue is an easy walk to the local government and Catholic primary schools, lots of the private schools have buses which service close by on Somerville Road.
This street is tightly held with the average tenure in my block of over 15 years.
If you can afford to buy into one of the nice big Victorian houses in this street then you will have many happy years ahead of you.
