Reviews of Belrose Avenue, Petrie
"Great family neighbourhood."
We have lived here since our boys were babies. Moved from Stafford for more land and bigger house. 8 years later, they have great friends in neighbourhood. Feels safe and quiet. Great parks, lakes, rivers, markets, museums, schools. Loads of mini bushwalking or scenic walking tracks nearby. Although our boys go to living faith Lutheran primary in murrumba downs. We love Petrie. It's an undiscovered gem! New university coming in 3 years. I used to work in city, express train from city is 35 mins. 20 mins to Redcliffe. 10 mins to north lakes shopping centre, which is massive! Just got everything you need. More infrastructure, shops and restaurants coming. Much nicer than surrounding suburbs like lawnton, kallangur and strathpine.highly Recommend for families.
