Is there a lot of crime on Pine Ridge Road Biggera Waters?

Hi, I predominantly work in the areas of pine ridge road as my office backs onto complexes in the street. Pine ridge road is divided into three suburbs - coombabah, Biggera waters and runaway bay.
Most of the properties on pine ridge road are in security gated complexes with onsite managers and so it is very safe. There is coombabah state high school and multiple early learning centres for children and so many of the residents are families. There is also a large demographic of older people who have retired in the area due to the regular transport and close facilities. I would not classify this area as high crime.
