"The perfect street?"
Within close proximity to schools, shops, beaches and public transport whilst still maintaining a quiet community feel, Bilambee Avenue proudly sits on the peak of Bilgola Plateau, on of the quieter suburbs of the prestigious Northern Beaches. Half the houses have amazing views over Avalon and the pacific ocean, whilst the other side of the road backs onto a large reserve with very little overlooking onto neighbour's yards. Overall an excellent street in an excellent suburb, cannot be faulted for families of either young children or teenagers.

- Great community feel.
