"Great place to live"
One of the best streets in "The Avenues", and getting dressed up more every year. Great access to major roads but no traffic noise and very quiet at night. Close to city and easy access to public transport. Galaxy entertainment is the best DVD rental and music place in Perth... huge range!

- Great access but no traffic and very quiet
- Close to Curtin Uni, Penrhos and Wesley Colleges
- Only 15 minutes from airport and great bike access to river, city, shops etc
