"Main road with great returns"
This is a review for Sandringham Street that runs off Rocky Point Road, not the prestigious Sandringham Street that runs off Carruthers Drive.
Sandringham street is a busy road that bends to the left at the end and changes its name to “The Grand Parade”
Here you will find a collection of modest homes located by the bay, including original fibro homes, smaller brick homes, villa’s and other affordable housing.
You can buy a decent family home on this main road for under $700,000 (as of 2009) and for your money you get the beachside lifestyle at an affordable price.
You will also find an average 3 Bedroom villa for under $500,000 (as of 2009)
And a 2 bedder under $450,000.
