What is the approximate commute time to Indooroopilly during peak hour?
I'm curious as to what the average commute time by road to Indooroopilly is during peak hour leaving Brighton/Sandgate at about Google maps suggest 40 minutes, but I'm not sure that takes into account traffic (and it suggests using airport link tunnel from Toombul to Bowen Hills)

The travel time is about 37 minutes on a different site but it specifically says that traffic could cause conditions to differ from the result. I haven't actually done that drive myself but i'd leave plenty of time just incase :)
