How big is the Brisbane CBD?

I guess you can get the exact answer in area from Google Earth, but my answer is; compared to other cities, very compact. The high rise towers are pretty well confined in a triangle bounded between the north bank of the river (apex) and Turbot st as the base. There's a few large buildings outside this, but this triangle is the business district. You can walk it apex to base in under 20min.
