Safety of Broadmeadows
Can anyone plz help us with some advise as to how safe Broadmeadows is? We have found a new house and was planning to buy it.However read that the place is unsafe with burglaries happening quite often. I would be extremely grateful if I can please be guided with some advise, as we are very new to Melbourne (just 3 months) and don't know much about the suburb.

In fact burglaries are low here . Its intact low, we have been here for 1 year, heard no stories of home break in. It a quite suburb with some MiddleEast, Eastern Europe influence. The malls are more active and vibrant till late night.And I think the only suburb affordable in a heated up Melbourne property market.
