What are the state primary schools and high schools like in Bulimba?

Bulimba State School was voted one of the best state schools in Brisbane. It holds a great reputation for having outstanding teachers.
Balmoral State High School is the closest secondary school to the Bulimba area.

Hi Nichole, my children went to Bulimba State School, and loved it. Great teachers and a really good community feel. You do have to live in the Catchment to get into the school, so just check the catchment areas. The only high Public High School is Balmoral High, the rest are Private Schools.

Our son goes to Bulimba State School since we moved two and half yrs ago. It feels like a big school with 850+ pupils but its a great place and he has enjoyed his time there. There are great clubs and camps amd chances to make friends. There are lots of people from Sydney here too.
