"Great place for active people and for a relaxed living environment"
Nice quiet court off Morack Rd in Vermont South. Close to Eastlink, Bunnings, Knox City and Vermont South shops, Shell service station and with bus stop just around the corner. Tram to city less than 10 minutes away. Parks, cycling/walking tracks and golf course all within a short walk.
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasing with plenty of trees and open spaces. Bundarra Court is an established area with a nice mix of people. There is a a convenience store, hairdresser and great Indian food restaurant within a 2 minute walk. Public transport includes bus and tram.
Recreational facilities include the Vermont South sports centre, tennis, Morack Public Golf Course, skating, cycling, walking, trail bike riding gymnasium and health centre. Medical centre, back specialists and dentists are available nearby and a new medical centre is being planned just a short walk away.
