Burnley has two major parks. The biggest being Barkly Gardens - a large area of greenery with soccer oval, playground and dog-friendly areas. The park is often bustling on weekends with families celebrating birthdays, having barbecues or people out playing with their dog.
Less bustling, but still good is Bicentennial Park. It isn't as luscious as Barkly Gardens, but it still has a good vibe and nice playground.
