What's the public transportation like for this area? Especially for people who work in the CBD.

Have frequent busses to Windsor Train Station with trains departing every 30 mins to the CBD. Train ride is direct and usually takes around 1 hour 10 mins. Overall, I'd say it is between good and very good. I personally walk to the train station from Bligh Park for a bit of exercise and get a coffee at South Windsor on the way.
