Hello Candice not sure how many bedrooms you require or if you are looking for a unit/house but the current listings start at $255 per week. There does seem to be more choices available in the neighbouring suburb, St Morris and Roslyn Park.

Hello! Thanks for replying. I would be looking for a 2bhk unit or house depending in the rentals. Are the neighbouring suburbs you mentioned have cheaper rentals than Burnside?

Yes Candicej1 that is right there was more available which pushes the price down.

Hi KaTra, Thanks for the quick response! I checked and did not find any reveiws for Roselyn Park but some good reviews for St.Morris. which do u consider a better option to reside in since I hv two school going girls and good education I s a priority for us.

I will also be looking for job opportunities. Office administration, human resources and my husband has a IT background. Since we hv nobody to guide us, we are basing our choices on assistance from various forums and sites. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
