What is the Carvery restaurant at the Crown Casino complex like?

To be honest I don't know - why....well, we have a young child and it is an 18 plus venue, despite having an entry from outside the casino. This is very frustrating since the alternative is the Atrium at twice the price. Family dining is not really provided by the Food Court and the carvery seems like it should be for family dining - but not allowed to bring the family!
